1. Warranty Policy

- We provide a 7-day complimentary warranty from the date of service for
lifting, chipping, or breakage caused by application or product defects. - Repairs outside the 7-day warranty period will be charged accordingly.
- Regular nail polish is not guaranteed due to normal wear and tear.
- Warranty does not apply if:
• Nails have been serviced by another salon. • Nails have been bitten, picked, or intentionally damaged. • Damage is caused by accidents, misuse, excessive force, harsh chemicals, or improper aftercare. • Recommended maintenance instructions were not followed.

2. Maintenance Recommendations

To keep your nails looking their best:
* Gel polish generally lasts up to 2–3 weeks, depending on lifestyle and nail condition.
* Acrylic, Gel-X, Builder Gel, and Dipping Powder should be filled or replaced every 2–3 weeks.
* Avoid prolonged exposure to water and harsh cleaning chemicals.
* We recommend wearing gloves while cleaning or using household chemicals.

3. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us.
* If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
* If the issue is determined to be related to the application or product, we will gladly perform one complimentary correction.
* Concerns reported after 48 hours or resulting from improper aftercare may be subject to additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

* All services and gift cards are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.
* We will always do our best to resolve any service-related concerns within our warranty policy

5. Health & Safety

For your safety and the safety of our staff:
* Please inform us before your service if you have:
• Diabetes • Open cuts or wounds • Nail fungus or infections • Allergies • Any medical condition that may affect your service * If you have a latex allergy, please notify us before your appointment so we may use alternative materials.
* For lash services, please inform your technician of any eye sensitivity or allergies prior to treatment.

6. Children’s Policy

* Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
* Children are not permitted to run or disturb other guests inside the salon.
* Clients under 12 years old must have parental or guardian consent before receiving artificial nail services.

7. Personal Belongings

While we strive to provide a safe environment, Lotus Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

8. Complimentary Beverages

We are pleased to offer complimentary beverages to enhance your visit.
Alcoholic beverages are available under the following conditions:
* Available for guests receiving services of $20 or more.
* Maximum one alcoholic beverage per guest.
* Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid photo ID.
* Please drink responsibly.
* The salon assumes no liability related to alcohol consumption.

9. Medical Limitations

For health and safety reasons, we do not:
* Treat ingrown toenails.
* Treat fungal infections or other foot diseases.
* Provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
If you require these services, we recommend visiting a licensed Podiatrist.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who:
* Displays abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
* Arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
* Has contagious conditions that may pose a health risk.
* Fails to comply with salon policies.
